Email Archiving Strategies using Microsoft Outlook

This 1 hour course will provide you with best practices on keeping your mailbox size to a minimum and will outline techniques you can use to securely archive and access ALL of your email.

It is important to know you have a finite amount of space (250MB) on FIT’s email server to store your email items.  With this in mind, setting up an Email Archiving strategy ensures you will never exceed your mailbox’s size limit and also means you do not have to delete old email items you would still like to access.
