FREECYCLE ART SUPPLIES
What does it mean to Freecycle?
Let’s say you
have art supplies you do not need. For example, you created a project for
personal use or a class. There are left over pieces of foam core, tracing paper,
velum, crayons, markers and a partially used box of colored pencils. It is
something that isn’t worth storing or packing or mailing home.
Freecycle it!
Yes – drop it off in THE CENTER up on the 7th floor of the
Student Center – building “A” - room A739.
There are
shelves filled with art supplies waiting to be picked up by students who need
art supplies.
Do you need some
art supplies? Before you shop – see what is available in Freecycle!
That’s all there is to it. Open to all FIT students. Faculty and Staff who have
any left-over art supplies may drop it off at the Freecycle center too.
In the interest of Sustainability – and as we all learn to Go
Green – and save some money – note that imbedded in
Freecycle is
RECYCLE.
Bring old art supplies, foam core, fabric, paper, mat boards, wallpaper,
markers, pencils, etc., to THE CENTER: room A739.
