DON'T FORGET
A- Applications, Paperwork for HR,
Time
Sheets, etc. can be picked up from and
left with Suzanne Richardson in B623.
B- Don't forget to complete your time
sheets after each meeting with your
mentees. You must complete seven time
reports for each of your mentees.
C- Make sure
you
turn in your completed
time sheets and survey at end
of semester. Make sure your mentee
completes her/his survey as well.
(You can not receive stipend until A, B, C
are completed.)
