Alumni Hall & Coed Hall:  May 25th, 2009 - July 22, 2009

(11:00 AM Departure)

(All Alumni Hall suites are quads (4 guests) with 2 bedrooms to an apartment (2 guests to each room))

(All Coed Hall rooms consist of Shared baths and do not have kitchens)

 

 

Kaufman Hall:  May 25th, 2009 -August 1, 2009

(11:00 AM Departure)

(Kaufman Hall Suites consist of singles, doubles, triples and quad style apartments)

 

CONFERENCE GROUP RATES

(A group must consist of ten (10) or more guests)

APARTMENT /SUITE STYLE ROOMS

(All Suites Consist Of Furnished Rooms, Kitchens and Private Baths)

 

Over six week stay:  $46.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room

 

Four to six week stay: $55.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room

 

Two to four week stay:  $64.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room

 

Under two week stay:  $73.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room

 

Single Rate: $117.00 Per person/per night

(Alumni Hall single is a bedroom within a suite)

 

TRADITIONAL STYLE ROOMS

(Traditional Style Rooms Consist of Shared Baths and Do Not Have Kitchens)

Minimum Seven Night Stay:  $43.00 per person/per night/double occupancy per room

 

Under Seven Night Stay:  $50.00 per person /per night/double occupancy per room

 

Single Rate:  $82.00 per person/per night

 

 

*WE DO NOT PROVIDE KITCHEN SUPPLIES, LINENS,

PILLOWS OR BLANKETS*

Roommates will be assigned unless guests have registered and paid the single rate.

Additional $10.00 service fees and $5.00 individual check-in fees will apply
