Although these facilities usually have space available during the year, students are urged to make arrangements and/or reservations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Neither FIT nor the Residential Life Department has any specific arrangement or official relationship with these facilities. This information is provided solely as a service to our students. Rental includes two meals daily, seven days a week, plus maid and linen service. Breakfast and sheets are included. Spaces are booked quickly so call early for reservations. Maximum stay two weeks, rates range from $30.00 per night for a shared room to $70.00 per night for a private room.
