HOUSING RATES FALL 2009/SPRING 2010

                General Information.  All rates are per person and include the Resident Fees.  Rates do not include recess periods (recess information will be posted at a later date). 

                RATES FOR TRADITIONAL RESIDENCE HALL STYLE ACCOMMODATIONS IN NAGLER HALL OR COED HALL.  (Winter and Summer Recess Rates and Information will be posted at a later date).  The following rates include Room Portion, a meal plan (19 meals per week) and Resident Fees.

Coed Hall Traditional Style Room with Meal plan

Academic Year Housing Rate is $ 11,187.00 per person (Double or Triple*)

Nagler Hall Traditional Style Room with Meal plan

Academic Year Housing Rate is $ 10,877.00 per person (Double)

*Triple rooms.  If more than 2 residents are required to occupy a room, there will be a reduction in room rate.  Rebates are processed after the resident has been contacted to be de-tripled.  See Section 23 of this contract.

                RATES FOR SUITE ACCOMMODATIONS.  The following rates include suite space and Resident Fees.  Suite rates do not include meals.  Meal plans may be purchased at an additional cost.
