Production Planners

"Production planners integrate plant resources with the demand for finished goods with consideration for forecasts, budgets, and customer orders.  They coordinate plant capacity and the flow of materials with styles requirements, projected volume, and shipping dates.  As work is scheduled, production planners effectively utilize owned and contracted plant capacity, maintain high productivity, and balance work flow with demand.  Production planners work with apparel engineers, materials sourcing, technical designers, and production and plant managers."
