Mission Statement

The mission of the IT Project Management Office is to be a center of excellence for enabling project management best practices for FIT’s Information Technology Services. This office is responsible for successfully delivering quality ITS projects and services to the FIT community. In support of this mission, the IT Project Management Office will:

• Develop and continue building a project management culture
• Provide leadership and management for all projects in the portfolio
• Promote adherence to standards and guidelines for sustained success
