and former FIT students are welcome to visit and use
The Gladys Marcus Library at FIT by making an
appointment in advance. Please call the

and briefly explain your research needs to our Reference
Faculty.

also meet College security regulations which govern access to
College buildings.

required to enter the E-Building, and alumni will be given a
visitor’s pass by the Security officer.

in the E-Building, all Library visitors must check-in at the
Reference Desk, 4th floor.

materials and services at the library but there are a
few exceptions. Note: These materials are subject
to change without notice.

General
computer access for Internet, e-mail, word processing, scanning,
wireless network access, etc. is not available for visitors. We allow access to online

facilities (a public library or commercial operation) for other
needs.

Because of
licensing restrictions, some materials are for use by
currently-registered FIT students and faculty only. These include
forecasting and trend services (Doneger Creative Services,
Here & There, etc.) and some market research studies
(MRI, Simmons, etc).
-
Materials are
not loaned directly to visitors.
