The
New York City Chapter of the
Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT-NY) and Tyler
Search Consultants will
hold a lively discussion about the current status of compliance
careers and compensation.
Kristine
Quick, Barbara Stevens and Bill Conroy of Tyler
Search Consultants will lead the discussion on
several interesting topics:
- How
the recession has shaped today's global trade job market
- How typical compensation packages are determined and
structured
- Who gets hired and why
- The four most important questions you need answered on an
interview
Tyler
Search Consultants are
recognized experts in the strategic search and placement of
Trade Compliance professionals here and abroad. They are well
known for their Annual Salary Survey published by the Journal of
Commerce. Tyler is also a regular presenter and speaker at
events held by the American Association of Exporters and
Importers (AAEI) and the International Compliance Professionals
Association (ICPA) and many other Trade groups.
