Q) How do I schedule & book AV equipment?
Q): How do I schedule & book AV equipment?
A: All reservations for equipment must be made either in person at the Media Station, C305B, or over the phone at x77895, between the hours of M-F 9:00am – 9:00pm., and Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm. All reservations are subject to equipment availability. In the event that the equipment is not available, Media Services personnel will contact you.

Q: Why can’t I get my equipment to turn on?
A: Make sure that the cart’s power cord is plugged into a working power outlet in the room. Try a different outlet until you locate one that functions. Also, make sure that you are turning on each individual piece of equipment properly.

Q) Do you deliver and pick up AV equipment?
Q: Do you deliver and pick up AV equipment?
A: Our policy is: For daytime classes M-F, all AV equipment must be picked up and returned to the Media Station, C305B. For evening classes M-F and Saturday classes, including those taking place at the High School for Fashion Industries, Media personnel will deliver and pick up the equipment.

A: No, unless you receive authorization in advance to do so by the Coordinator of Media Services, Robert Fornshell, x78229.
