The American University of Rome (AUR) is an
independent coeducational institution. The school is
housed in a beautiful villa located on the crest of
Rome’s highest hill. The Gianicolo, on the right
bank of the Tiber River, is just a few minutes walk
from the historic Trastevere district. Students pay
tuition and fees of the host institution. |

Italian Language: All students must register for an
Italian language during their semester abroad at AUR. |
|
|
ACCOMMODATIONS |
American University of Rome arranges
housing in two or three bedroom apartments. Rooms are
furnished, equipped with cooking
facilities, utilities are included, rooms are
equipped with wireless access. For more information, go to:

The OIP may submit visa applications to the Italian
authorities on behalf of U.S. citizens within the NY
Jurisdiction; all other students must apply directly
with the Italian Consulate General in their
Jurisdiction.
