LONDON COLLEGE OF FASHION (LCF) SUMMER ACCESSORIES COURSES APPLICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

THE PROGRAM LCF Summer 2009 Accessories Courses Booklet UNIT 1: Research Forecasting and the Design Process, London and Florence Class Dates: June 20, 2010 - July 19, 2010; 3 weeks London/1 week Florence UNIT 2: Digital Fashion: Footwear, London Class Dates: July 18, 2010 - August 14, 2010; 4 weeks London Note these are special summer courses at London College of Fashion for qualified students. The award of FIT academic credit will be determined by the FIT department Chair at the time of your admissions interview and requires the approval of the Dean of Art & Design. ELIGIBILITY FIT AAS Degree in Accessories Design or above Recommendation of the Department Chair

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully read and follow the instructions below. Your application is complete and will be considered only when items 1-4 have been completed. Students are also responsible for following up on all required payments and documentation:

ITEMS 1 - 5

1. Short-Term OIP Application:
   Carefully complete and submit the Short-Term OIP Online Application.
    

2. Short-Term Approval Form | Credit Substitution Form:
   Print out the short-term approval form and the credit substitution form and have them signed by the Department Chair. Your signature is also required after you have read and agreed to the written terms.
    

3. The completed and Short-Term Approval Form, Credit Substitution form and a Copy of the information page of a valid passport, must be submitted to B119.
   
   This will assist in enrolling you in the London College of Fashion, Summer Accessories Program, and will begin your accommodation arrangements.
    

4. Application Fee + 1st Deposit
   After submitting the all of the above documentation to the Office of International Programs (B119), a $60.00 Application Fee and a £300,00 (GBP) 1st Deposit (approx. $465.00 USD), must be paid at the Bursar's Office (B127).

   Carefully review the deadline dates, projected costs and payment schedule and follow up accordingly.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & REFUND POLICY

After the signature of participation approval is obtained, the Application Fee and 1st Deposit toward the London College of Fashion Summer Accessories Course must be paid on their due dates.

Future payments will need to be made by their deadlines for the balance of the tuition and for the housing. The $450.00 tuition deposit will be refunded if a minimum of ten students do not pay this amount by the due date of March 13. If ten students are accepted to the program and pay the tuition deposit, all other charges must be paid by their due dates and will be non-refundable as they will be forwarded to LCF and to the housing services on your behalf.

All supporting documentation must be submitted to the Office of International Programs, B119; payments must be made on time and at the Bursar's Office, B127.
