The Office of
International Programs
INTERNATIONAL FASHION DESIGN (IFD)
in FLORENCE AND NEW YORK
Study in Florence
for the first or second year of the program.
|
The FIT International Fashion Design Program in Florence
and New York is a study abroad opportunity for American
and international students who want to study fashion
design in both the U.S. and Italy. Students
who complete the two-year program will be eligible
to receive the Associate in Applied Science degree from
FIT. Because of the
international dimension, the two-year program
requires the student to reside in New York City for one
year, studying at FIT, and for one year in Florence,
studying in English at
Polimoda. Students may also attend for
the fourth semester only after they have completed three
semesters at FIT.
