Mission Statement

The Office of Institutional Research provides and coordinates information and support for reporting, decision-making, assessment and planning activities to help fulfill the stated mission and goals of the Fashion Institute of Technology. The office provides the administration, faculty, and other internal and external constituencies with information and research assistance.

The primary functions of the office are:
          1) institutional research
          2) providing management information and
              statistical analysis supporting the college’s
              planning and assessment processes
          3) collecting and reporting external information
          4) conducting survey research to support
              assessment activities.
