The Office of Human Resources will promote professionalism and development to position the Fashion Institute of Technology as a leading employer in higher education.

    To achieve the goals of the College, the Office of Human Resources, in a strategic partnership with the FIT community and its clients will promote the delivery of effective human resource services in support of a diverse workforce and a productive work environment that values open communication.

In support of the College, OHR is committed to the equitable and ethical implementation of all policies, procedures and benefits and will apply our human resources and organization expertise to fulfill our role as an information resource.
