The Grants Office works with faculty and staff in procuring public grants,
from identifying funding sources to preparing grant applications. Grant Liaisons representing every
department are informed about grant opportunities, and relevant seminars, and workshops. They then pass this material on to the
appropriate individuals in their department.
We can be a valuable resource for faculty
who have questions regarding individual or departmental grant research. The
Grants Office subscribes to a range of publications on funding opportunities,
and acts as a clearinghouse of funding resources for the college. Our office
also holds a collection of reference books on public and private funding sources
in the arts, business, technology, liberal arts and specialized programs.
SPIN (Sponsored Information Network), is an
online database of funding opportunities. SPIN provides detailed information on
fellowships, research, curriculum development, travel, sabbatical and
publication support.
The Grants Digest provides information on grants, fellowships,
residencies and resources for artists, researchers, writers and others.
