Executive Women in Fashion is an educational and networking program for managers in retailing, fashion and related industries, offered through FIT’s Center for Executive Education. The program provides women executives with the access, information, and connections needed to advance in their careers.

Traditional business seminar topics in conflict management, creative and critical thinking, effective communications, executive coaching, networking techniques, and strategic planning are tailored to address the singular opportunities and challenges facing women professionals today.

Vision Statement

The vision of Executive Women in Fashion is to create a forum for women in the fashion and retailing industry who thrive on excellence, collaboration, vision, and innovation.

We are an organization of high-achieving women seeking to share our successes, vulnerabilities, and desires for increased connection through a combination of events and resources which are co-created by the participants.

At the heart of this organization is our belief that our success lies in camaraderie among women in our industry, and accountability for individual growth.
