All students must display their SUMMER 2008 Security ID Cards to enter the
building.

On
July 7th,
all students will report directly to the Great Hall
on 28th Street just west of 7th Avenue
fifteen-to-thirty minutes before the start of class. They will check-in, hand-in
their parental consent forms if still necessary, and then proceed to their
classrooms.
ABSENCES on July 7th:
If you are unable to attend the first day of class, please email your instructor
directly and request missed lesson information. Email addresses will be posted
next to room numbers on the list of classes two weeks before the program begins. When you
arrive on the following day, you must report directly to D-130 to submit your
Parental Consent Form and get a new ID Card sticker, if necessary.
PARENTS:
Parents may not escort students to the classrooms. Parents may pick-up their
children in any of the college lobbies.
Students and parents may visit classrooms
after Orientation Sessions only.
SUPPLIES:
Supply lists will be posted on the same page as the rooms numbers. Not all
classes will require the purchase of supplies.
