REQUIRED SUPPLIES FOR THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:

18 x 24 newsprint pad or all purpose paper pad.

Pencils (medium to soft) and/or charcoal (vine and/or compressed).

Clipboard or foamboard with clips: size 18" x 24".

SUPPLY LIST (to be discussed in the first class):

18 x 24 newsprint pad.

18 x 24 all purpose pad (white all purpose drawing or sketch paper).

Additional paper: 1 or 2 sheets, 18 x 24, choose from gray, black, or another

 color. You may also use brown kraft paper.

Pencils: medium to soft.

Charcoal: vine, medium or soft, 10 - 20 sticks.

Conte crayons, red, black, white.

Compressed charcoal.

Erasers: kneaded; artgum, pink pearl, and/or plastic.

Sharpeners.

Sandpaper block.

Ruler, 18 inch.

Clipboard or foamboard with clips: larger than 18 x 24.

Optional: can of fixative to fix drawings -- to be used in spray room or outdoors only
