REFUND POLICIES FOR PRECOLLEGE PROGRAMS
These policies are non-negotiable!

REFUND POLICIES
     Course withdrawal and refund of program fee requests must be made in writing on the Withdrawal/Refund of Program Fee Form. The date that the application for refund is received is considered the official date of the student’s withdrawal. The $15 registration fee is not refundable.
     The refund period terminates prior to the second scheduled session of the class, in accordance with the following:

SATURDAY/SUNDAY/SUMMER LIVE PROGRAMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS:
Withdrawal prior to LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION, 100%
Withdrawal prior to first day of class, 75%
Withdrawal prior to second day of class, 50%
Thereafter, no refund.

PRECOLLEGE WORKSHOP PROGRAMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS:
Withdrawal prior to LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION, 100%
Withdrawal prior to first day of class, 75%
Withdrawal prior to second day of class, 50%
Thereafter, no refund.
