This special 4 day addition to our acclaimed Sew Like a Pro series taught attendees to sew using techniques employed in the fashion business and utilizing the college's industrial equipment. Layout, cutting, construction and finishing was taught while making an a-line flared skirt. Additional skills and know-how were gained as participants progressed to making a tote bag.

A special trip to the fabric market was included to choose attendees' own fabrication along with gaining professional insight into choosing and working with fabrics for future projects. Material and patterns were provided.
