Niurka Jimenez-Jailall

Chances are everyone has seen Niurka Jimenez-Jailall’s work. Hired as the Research Assistant for the Center of Professional Studies, she develops brochures, catalogs, and posters for all CPS programs, as well as the development of the center's webpage.

When asked what makes the CPS department successful, Jimenez-Jailall admits, “Our instructors know what they are doing, and are good at it.” She points out that CPS programs are taught by cutting-edge, ‘working’ industry professionals. Even more, she believes CPS’ vast course offerings can bring light to what can seemingly be a dark career search. “These programs definitely help you find yourself,” she asserts.

Jimenez-Jailall joined CPS with a solid background in direct mail, marketing and advertising. She finds working for FIT rewarding because it balances her three most-favored conditions: working independently, corporate sales, and creativity. And since most of us cannot live without a Hot Topics catalog these days, she is obviously in the right place… a perfect FIT.
