RE: Looping Requisitions in Workflow

As some of you may be aware there is a bug in the Bi-Tech system that causes rejected requisitions to loop in Workflow.  The issue occurs randomly and does not affect all rejected requisitions.  Requisitions that are looping need to be re-submitted and re-approved multiple times in order to get through the final approval.

SunGard Bi-Tech is aware of the issue and we are working with them to have this resolved ASAP.
