Budget Transfer Batch Name FY10

FY10
Starting from this fiscal year we needed to change the batch
naming convention to incorporate two digits for FY10. The
new budget transfer batch naming rules are below.
Batch
names - Batch names should be 8 characters
in length and should follow the
following
naming convention: ?? # ## ## ?

The first two Characters (1-2) should be the user’s
initials

# - The
Next Character (3) should identify the month: Jan- Sep =
1-9, Oct = A, Nov = B, Dec = C
-
##- The
next two characters (4-5) should identify the Day of the
month the batch was created.

The Next two Character (6-7) should identify the Fiscal
Year the batch was created.

? - The
last character (8) should be used to identify different
batch that are created on the same day.
For example
if my name was Joe Green and I created a budget batch on
April 18th the batch I created that day would be:
JG41810A
