Participating Schools of the On-Line Room Request System:
Only Students registered for Fall 2009 courses with the
participating
Schools will be permitted to use designated classrooms.
NOTE: YOU MUST SIGN OUT
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR BEING
PROHIBITED
FROM USING THE CLASSROOM
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ARE MANDATORY:
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
- SIGN-UP:
Students who wish to use classrooms after
class hours must agree to the terms and conditions for room
usage. To register as a user based on the acceptance of
these terms and conditions, please
CLICK HERE.
- SHOW-UP:
Enter the college through the "C" Lobby and show the
security officer at the desk your ID Card. (You'll still
need 2 students to OPEN a room, so bring a classmate.
Once a room is open you may go upstairs alone to join
your fellow students.)
- GET YOUR
STICKER: Each day you use a room, you'll get
a new student sticker from the "C" Lobby security
officer. These
stickers are valid for one day only. You must obtain a
new sticker each day you work in a room.
- CHOOSE A ROOM:
Tell the security officer the room
you wish to use. To view a list of all available
classrooms for student use and the times they are available,
CLICK HERE.
Only the rooms on this list are available for
student use.
- GET TO WORK:
Work in the classroom until 2am if you wish,
provided no classes are in session. Only students with
visible stickers and ID Cards will be allowed to work in
the room. Stickers and ID Cards must be VISIBLE AT ALL
TIMES.
- SIGN-OUT:
When you're done for the day, sign-out at the "C" Lobby
Security desk.
Students who do
not agree to these terms and conditions are not permitted to
use classrooms outside of class hours.
