About Tutoring
The Academic Skills Tutoring Center is a free service available to all
full-time and part-time students who are enrolled in remedial and credit
bearing courses from many departments and disciplines. We offer walk-in tutoring
in a wide variety of subjects.
Although we offer tutoring for many different courses, we cannot guarantee
that we can find a tutor for every course.
Disability Support Services
If you require disability support services or special accommodations, please
contact the FIT-ABLE office at 212-217-4090 or go to room A570 Monday through
Friday 9am-5pm.
Walk-In Hours
We offer walk-ins in the following subjects: computers, CAD for Interior
Design, math (including retail math), economics, accounting, science, fashion
merchandising courses, foreign languages, drawing for fashion design and
accessory design, patternmaking draping and sewing.
