A Day in the Life of a Customs Attorney
Robert L. Eisen, Esq., Baker & McKenzie LLP, will speak about how, on a typical day, the matters that a Customs attorney works on reflects decisions being made at the corporate levels in areas such as the design of fashion-related projects and materials used in their production, their labeling, where and how they are sourced, the prices paid and how they are negotiated, as well as other payments such as commissions, design fees and royalties.
